Design Brief:
Mor is a luxurious restaurant of 4500 sq. ft in Lower Parel, Mumbai. This project, ’ Mor’ is a sub project of Nutcracker and is executed in collaboration with India Mahdavi. The aim of the project was to make a human-centered experience open to all, a space which is welcoming, vibrant and relaxing. Hence, the name of the restaurant has been carefully chosen as ‘Mor’ – meaning peacock in English which resonated with the vibe of the place.
The space has been designed according to the style of India Mahdavi – statement walls and flooring, bespoke furniture pieces, and unusual yet unique decor but the essence of Nutcracker has been maintained by retaining their trademark – wooden furniture. To make the space more engaging and interactive, additional features like bar, books, games corner and live music have been added
